The ordering process was easy. The product came sooner than the estimated arrival date. I shopped around and this was by far the least expensive option for this product. The product itself worked fantastically. All around a very positive experience!

Despite not receiving my product , they were still really kind and understanding that I was upset. It took less than two days for a refund to be issued after I requested one. So bummer I didn’t get my product but still amazing over the top customer service !

I absolutely love Petbucket! They have saved me a ton of money and kept my pets healthy and happy. Their products are all name brand and they come from the same manufacturer as the veterinarian was providing to me in the USA. This company cannot be beat for their service either. All my shipments are set up to ship automatically. They always send me a email to give me a heads up. If I need to change anything there is plenty of time to do it. When it ships they send me notices and it arrives very quickly.

Great products & service!! Only thing is that I ruined one entire bravecto tube for one of my 5 cats. I spilled it since it’s a twist top and although it shows instructions I guess I’m just a slow learner. My fingers were sticky for hours haha one cat didn’t get his Bravecto🤦🏻♀️ The hubby showed me what I did wrong. Just sharing so other cat mamas don’t make my mistake.

Soo happy to have found this supplier for my Stronghold flea meds for my FOUR cats!! Since my cats need expensive medications, finding an affordable source for needed flea meds is crucial and so I’ve been buying from this site for a couple years now. Best prices, well packaged & NEVER a delivery issue!!
Was recommending this site to others at my vets office!! A loyalty rewards club would be awesome for us big spenders!!! -
