    I live in the USA, I just saw that this product does not ship here. What product(s) would you recommend that is an all in one treatment and preventative? On worms including heart and tapeworms, fleas & ticks

    Answer:

    There is no product in the market at the moment covers all of these in one treatment. However, Nexgard Spectra covers ticks, fleas, heartworm and most of the intestinal worms - except tapeworm. Tapeworm is a pretty specialist, not many combo products cover tapeworm.
